Plan for 2021 Division Alignment -- Blue Division will drop a team to be a 4 team division. Red Division will add Catoosa from Blue and drop Cleveland to White. No one will move from White. This will begin a rotation of each division having 4 teams starting with Blue in 2021, followed by Red in 2022, and White in 2023.
